The japanese-style room I stayed in was neat and huge with open air bath. Remote location adjacent to public transport, 2 trains, 1 cable car & 1 robe way from Odawara station, and Hakone for one night, it was in a beautiful area.

Nicholas
I was offered a room with lovely views of the mountains and greenery. Marvellous and gorgeous location, it was near to the foothills of Mt Fuji, Odawara, and the nearby lake or Gora station.

Reasonably large hotel, everything was beautiful!
The location was gorgeous, for example, Owaku-dani Valley was at walking distance from the hotel. The venue offered an enjoyable breakfast with very large selections, sashimi. The staff were pleasant and amazingly nice day and night.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, especially if you're lucky enough to catch a clear day. The onsen was incredibly relaxing, with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The facilities were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room, a spacious Western style with comfortable beds, was perfect for a restful stay. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both Japanese and Western tastes. The location was convenient, right next to a ropeway stop, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly amazing experience.
While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they could benefit from some updates as they felt a bit outdated. The hotel is quite secluded, so there aren't many dining options available after dinner.

Absolutely incredible hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.
Welcoming staff at the reception desk, as expected. The rooms were huge in general, with open air bath.

The location was marvellous because it was near the bus station, a private onsen with supposedly a view of mount Fuji and Very close to the cable car which goes to the nearby lake.

The location of this hotel is beautiful and exciting to get to. Without a car you have to take the ropeway--an aerial tram and walk a short distance to the hotel. I arrived in a dense fog, and was directed to the correct path by someone in the ropeway station. Sadly the fog was so dense that I was not able to see Mt. Fugi or the lake. He woman's bath was lovely--especially the outdoor part--except for the product advertisements in the dressing room. The dinner served as part of the rate was good, as was the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I guess I thought the room was rather shabby for the money spent. Trying to be grand, but not quite there.

The outdoor bath was absolutely divine. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, right next to the ropeway station and with a lovely little path for sightseeing. A great experience overall!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Hakone. The hotel was nice little with courteous employees at the reception desk. Location: the venue was next to the rope way/ferry.
